The GALA Choruses Board of Directors announced today that Festival 2012 will be held in Denver, Colorado, July 7-13, 2012. Denver offers delegates a winning combination of world-class performance halls, comfortable and sunny summer weather, and an assortment of hotel, food and entertainment options all within easy walking distance. Denver is also a popular gateway for further exploration of the beautiful Rocky Mountains and other national scenic treasures. Board chair Jeffrey Ayres commented, “We are thrilled with the opportunities for Festival in Denver and look forward to infusing our continuing emphasis on music and mission into Festival 2012 through creative programming.”
